Call an environmental
meeting, explain to your employees the companies new mission statement
regarding “Reducing Our Carbon Footprint- Going Green” to assist in this
regard M&M will provide an educational handout
M&M will provide containers and
bins to place in the work area
Designate employees on a
rotating roster to empty the small bins into the larger 4, 6 or 8 yard
bins placed on the business campus- making sure that there is no wet
garbage or trash- THIS WILL ALLOW FOR ALL EMPLOYEES TO HAVE SOME OWNERSHIP
OF THE PROCESS. If there is any garbage or wet trash the entire process
breaks down because it then has to go to the landfill!
Explain to all people involved that this pilot program will
soon be a mandatory law in the near future, understand that their
competition is already RE-CYCLING and this will put their corporation
ahead of the curve.
